Hygienic motors

Particularly in the sensitive production areas of food technology, i.e. in the production and processing of food and beverages, the highest demands are placed on hygienic conditions. This applies equally to production in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Even sterile production environments are often required here.

The nature of conventional motors has so far posed problems for the planners of such production systems, as they usually have cooling fins and fans in which dirt accumulates and which cannot be completely removed due to poor accessibility. The possibility of germ formation is the result!

Furthermore, in the past, the cleaning processes of the production systems were made more difficult by this very condition.

HEW hygienic motors solve this problem. The housings of the special motors in the GUF series have been designed as all-round closed surfaces that have no edges, recesses or grooves. This makes them very easy to clean and prevents the formation of germs and bacteria on their surface. The design is available in either stainless steel or aluminum.
